Our January 2018 document of the month featured pram races held at Annfield Stadium in 1977. This was part of the Queen’s visit to Stirling as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations.
The Queen and Prince Philip visited Stirling on the 18th May and were treated to a pageant of various groups and young people who paraded around the stadium.
We hold several pictures of the pageant itself so this post aims to highlight some of the youth groups and schools that were present. You might even spot yourself in the crowd!
